To be eligible for exchange or return, the item must be in brand new condition. It must be unworn, free of scents or odors, free of stains or marks of any sort, free of dander or hair (pet or otherwise), and unwashed.
Please note: accessories and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You are responsible for the return shipping and can use the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend you purchase shipping insurance through your carrier.
